Just make sure it's in like-new condition, pack it all (remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and call us for a Return Authorization number. (Video games, video game consoles, and some video game accessories must be returned unopened in order to qualify — that is, they can be removed from the shipping material, but the original manufacturer's packaging must remain intact.)
